Table Help

Hi, I've got a problem that seems like it has a simple solution, but I can't find it.

Working on a table within CAD, no data link to excel or anything.  I want to add a row, but when I do, the new row jumps over to the right of the table, not below the current one.  So I grab the little handle at the bottom of the table to drag it down (i think its like modifying a mtext box) but all that does is modify row spacing.  This make sense?  How do I add a row below?

Are Table Breaks enabled? Select the table and look at the Properties palette. Under the heading Table Breaks look to see if Enabled is set to Yes. If so you can either set it to No or change the Break Height so the new row is added below the current.

Hi,

i suggest to do the follow :

  • select your table then press Ctrl+1 .
  • from Table Breaks >> Enabled ( No ) .
  • Now .. pick inside any cell then either from Table ribbon contextual  OR right click to add Row .
