Start Tab customization

Is there any way to add a 'module' to the 'Learn' side of the Start Tab?  For example, I'd like to create a hyperlink to my internal training and standards content...

Hi @dtiemeyer,

I believe you can add your own channel if you first install the CAD Manager Utility that comes with your installation.

It appears to not have worked. Can you tell me on which of the 2 screens the 'CAD Manager' component was supposed to appear?

"infocenter' tab that John refers to content you can access from the pulldown up top under your log-in name.

You have no access to the START screens AFAIK.

Hi @dtiemeyer,

I continued to search for additional options for this but have not been successful.

I used to add content on the startup screen but maybe you and I are the only ones. I did find that moving the content to my Intranet  was much more successful in getting my users to actually look for it.

If I find any other ways to accomplish this I will update the thread.

Thanks for your patience.

Yeah, I even customized the Today page in 2000i and 2002, lol.  It would be nice to be able to link to my company training resources from the 'Learn' tab in AutoCAD. But I've got links to it within the software on a Help button on the ribbon. Thanks for looking into it further.

Cheers,

Dustin
