Specifying lines by endpoints Autocad 2018

I am trying to specify lines by their endpoints, but instead of giving me an endpoint, my paired values are interpreted as lengths. How do I change this?

i'm guessing here that your Dynamic Input is ON ( F12 ) , for that you see those boxes for info data ( see below image ) . for that and from OSNAP command i suggest to select proper modes ( end,int...) and start to specify lines from end points which you can by F3 button turn osnap modes on and off .
