AutoCAD 2018 House Plan Dimensions

Hello all, 

I have a question about how to read dimensions, so that I could create a house plan.

For example, for a garage, I have the dimension:

21-12 x 23-6 

Note: These are the interior dimensions of the garage. 

Is this 21ft-12in x 23ft-6in or is it represented else way?

You transposed numbers in your first post, your screenshot says:
21'-10" x 23'-4"

You need to ask your instructor for help with your assignments moving forward.
