convert PDF to CAD

I am new to this, and am trying to convert PDF files to CAD.   I am trying to convert topography maps.  When I go to my file, a menu does not come up. Can anyone help me?  Thank you

Hello Catherine,

Thanks for posting your question to the A360 forum and welcome.  There are no conversions of files in A360, just viewing, markup and sharing.   AutoCAD has a built in tool with AutoCAD 2018 that will let you do PDF Import.  It's not the greatest, but it might be what you are looking for.

Thank you for your reply. I just downloaded the program yesterday, so I am assuming that I have autoCAD2018. Could you please tell me how I get to the program that converts PDF to AutoCAD, or where I start. I am not a techie.

Hi Catherine,

Thanks for the update.  This is actually the 360 forum, you want to post your follow up questions in the AutoCAD forum. See the other links I shared with you, there are also some that talk about PDF Import as well.   

Note that from inside of AutoCAD, you can click on the Insert TAB of the ribbon in the upper left corner.   Then select the "PDF Import" icon.
