TABLE TEXT FORMAT ISSUE

I have a table which was originally created in Excel but I have used the same table is many cad drawings (copy & paste from one to on other and edit in dwg.)  I am having a format issue with the text and table:  When I select the table the text shows oversized (see image #1) and when I select a cell I get image #2 and can not see the contents until I double click to edit.  Any suggestions?  (other than recreate the table 😞  )

What version of AutoCAD are you on?

Do you have all the updates for your version installed?

if you type _VERNUM at the commandline it will tell you what version number you are running.

Is it possible that your drawing utilizes annotative text and the scale doesnt align with it so it makes it large?

If you could post the drawing we might be able to come up with a solution sooner.

Thanks Chris: _VERNUM = "O.154.0.0 (UNICODE)" 2018.  I was thinking it may have to do with the annotative text.  I just went from maintenance to subscription and it seemed to happen at the same time.  I have attached the drawing.

You are up to date.

if you type in ST

for text style

set the height for RS to 0 instead of 500, save the drawing, exit out and come back in.

No problem.  If you wish to have further detail of the process I used:

I first determined what table style you were using

then I looked at the properties and was able to find that the font being used for the table cells was RS.

I thought perhaps it was annotative, but when I was in the style editor I saw it was not, yet the height was set to 500.  All the other fonts were set to 0. so I adjusted the RS style to match, saved the drawing and restarted it.
