Polar Tracking not working with Arc?

Hello, I just installed AutoCAD 2018 onto my personal computer to work on school assignments at home. The version of AutoCAD on the school computers is 2015, so I don't know if this is just a difference between versions. But my problem is that I started to get used to using polar tracking while using Arcs to get similar Arcs on different points of my drawing. But when I started trying to use the same method in AutoCAD 2018, Polar Tracking on while using Arc, it doesn't seem to work anymore. I will set my first point, then my second point, but when I try to specify the length and angle of the Arc my cursor does not snap to any of the polar tracking angles no matter what I set the angle increments to. The polar tracking angle still works when using, say, the Line tool, but not with the Arc. This has been kind of frustrating to me since I've sort of come to really rely on this polar tracking/Arc method.

Is there a setting that I need to change somewhere?

Do you just need to change your coordinates to match what was set at school https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Switchin...

See also DYNPICOORDS variable in HELP in either version of AutoCAD.

It's not that I cannot specify the coordinates to finish the arc exactly. It's just that my cursor simply does not snap to the polar angles with Polar Tracking on when using the basic 3-point arc command.

just to remind that you have to turn ON osnap with active mode . also try to check your settings from DSETTINGS >> Polar Tracking tab .
