Some objects in layer won't plot

I was given a survey to create a general arrangement drawing from, after I had finished cleaning up the survey and marking up the drawing, I put our Title Block on it and printed it to have a look. For some reason several parts are not printing... I have checked that the corresponding layers are thawed and set to print.

It is strange because I only copy and pasted a standard title block from one drawing to another. What is even more strange is that some parts of this title block will print and others won't. I checked they are all in the same layer and same colour. What is even more strange is that in the plot preview it looks like it is going to print all items as intended, but then it doesn't come out the way it looks in the preview.

Any ideas?

Move off a defpoint layer.

Hi Wisp, as I mentioned I have copied this title block from a previous drawing, and checked that the layers are correct and unthawed—and by that I am stating they are not in defpoints. They are also unthawed and set to print. They also appear to look like they will print in the preview. They are white which is recognized as black when printing by the pen type our company uses.
