When I type a number or a symbol in the text tool, it shows me it but inversed like when I type 1000, it present it like 0001.

Is this the correct screen shot? I'm not seeing the inverted text that you mention.

Are you using AutoCAD Electrical for labeling or a third party software? [AutoCAD Electrical Forum]
Try an Audit and Regen - or Post the drawing.
Also, check the text Properties is not Backward or Upside down:

Thank you all for your help, but the problem is solved when I changed language for non-unicode program from Arabic to English (US) in administrative language settings.
