Shortcut Menus in AutoCad 2018

I am using AutoCAD 2018 and I am having problems with the shortcut menus. I have customized the default and the edit shortcut menus

within the CUI. But I cant get it to show the correct one when I right click inside the drawing area. when it should be using the default one it is using the edit. Actually it uses that menu for both. Any ideas. I have no problem with them in AutoCAD 2017. 2018 Is setup the same way.

More details please: what did you change, to what, the code is what, and where does it fail exactly.

All I did was just modify the menus just like I always have they are inside my customized menu. It is just not using the correct one.

if nothing is selected and no commands are active it should use the default menu. And if there is a selection then the edit menu.

but it is using the same for both. They look the same as the ones in my 2017 .

I just loaded the AutoCAD  cuix and then added my ribbons so there was something funky in my customized cuix.

works fine now.
