Sheet Set Pdf has incorrect thumbnails

Something is wrong with the pdfs that I have been publishing from Autocad using sheet set manager. For some reason the thumbnails for the pdf, for each page, are the name of the first page in the file, instead of what each sheet is labeled. I can't find the setting in which this changed this. In my office, everyone is using the same override export to pdf settings but only mine has a problem with naming. Please see image below to what I mean. The bookmarks are correct.

The issue doesn't look like a problem with thumbnails so much as the names listed on the thumbnails. 

When you say you are the only one having the problem, have others tried publishing your sheet set?

If you try publishing without book marks does it make a difference?
