Sheet set manager not allowing new sheets

Hello-

I am using AutoCAD 2017.  When I set up a new sheet set, the sheet set manager won't let me add new sheets to a set - all the options are greyed out when I right click on it.  I can still view and access sheets created by others in my office (who are using earlier versions of AutoCAD), but I can't add new sheets to any sheet sets, old or new.  Solutions?  Thank you!

Hi @Anonymous,

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I wonder if this is a permissions issue. Have you tried creating the sheet set in a different location? Are you an administrator on your workstation?

Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.

Hi John-
There are no problems creating sheets on other computers in the office, but they are all running earlier versions of AutoCAD. I will check into the permissions thing, thanks.

Hi Paul,

By different locations I meant such as on the local C: drive as opposed to a network folder.

Did the permissions issue seem to have any impact?

No, but then I restarted my computer and it worked. So...no real answer I guess. But thank you!

I created a new sheet set. However I can t add a new sheet to the set as all the menu items are grayed-out when I try to select new sheet command while right-clicking on the sheet-set name
