sheet set custom field

I set a custom property for a sheet set. However, when I insert a field into my drawing which is linked to the custom property I just set up, it appears "####" instead of the number I set.

I have tried redraw, regenerate my current workspace and restart the program, restart my computer. However, it still shows up like ####. I am sure the field was linked correctly.

Could anyone explain and help? Thanks

Hi @Anonymous,

Is the FIELD nested in a block? If you explode it does it then work properly?  Can you share your file and the Sheet Set? I also need to know which version of AutoCAD you are using.
