Settings needed to arrange dual dimensions in specific format

1) The image with bg color "black " is currently shown and other is expected.

Can anyone help me what setting is needed in autocad to show dual dimensions exactly as second image.

You would need a way to define what you want. For example, the dimension with the undesired alignment has both pieces of text center justified and aligned with the center of the dimension. Your desired format has the text items left justified but you haven't said where you want the left alignment text to be. If you want it to be at the center or at the left end of the length of the text, it might be doable. 

 

It's kind of an interesting question to me, as I don't get to do much with dimensions, but I'm away from CAD and can't play with it. What have you tried so far? Have you had a look at the dimension style text properties?

 

On a side note, having the text like your first image is a much more typical standard.

There is no DIMSTYLE setting for that effect AFAIK. Sorry.
