scale pop up window

how can i make to get SCALES pop up window, everytime i select dimension, text, multileader etc. ?

hi,

When i select Dimensions, or Text or MultiLeader it usually appeared a window to choose scale. I want that window back.

I dont want to select from the bottom the scale with which i want to work. It was a pop up window that appeared instantly.
