Scale drawing with annnotaion objects

Hello,

i'm working with annotation objects from 1 year. 

I want to ask you:

I have a drawing with annotation object in meters,  and i want to scale x100 to work in cm.

If i select all drawing and annotation objects too, the drawing scales, the annotation object too, but after that it's  difficult to work with because they don't rappresent the ecxact annotation scale anymore.. 

Somebody can tell me what are the appropriate steps to convert the drawing (+ annotation object) from meters to cm. ?

You can re-scale the annotation objects after you used SCALE by

commands TSCALE (text) and BSCALE(blocks) from Expresstools (if installed, only available for full AutoCAD),

but no "HSCALE" available (for Hatchs).

When you use the SCALE command on annotated objects it changes those objects "paper height" so they often behave differently than expected. Select just the annotated text/dimensions/etc. and adjust their paper heights, then the annotation scale as well. They should function normally after that.
