When i print my dwg file with windows selection than. What methods are there? I want to keep the area I choose to use for the next print.
This will prevent you from having to select a window every time I need to plot.

I'll print half at a time.. And there are many frames of different sizes.

I'm not very good at autocad. Do I have to save it as a pdf to import?

I thought you wanted to save the plot window selection which in your case has nothing to do with pdf. Did you do what I previously posted ?

I'm looking for a way to set it up like you said and am looking for something close to what I need. But I'm still not sure what method it is.

Thank you iwill try it . i go to layout1 and set page setup manager  modify  and set pagesetup save click ok .Ctrl+c objcet in model to ctrl+v to layout1 . Is it correct? Because each object has its own size frame next object i will use layout2

Accepted solution

Or just do page setup in model. It’s the same steps as doing it in layout. The key is to give it a name and then you can select that page setup again the next time you need to plot using the same settings
