rotation of object to match something else

Can any one tell me how i can snap the rectangular object to the longer object with out it changing size?

Photo is included, red arrow showing where I want the left hand side to go go, and red line showing how i want it snapped to the other line?

Hopefully makes sense

Thanks

Use the ROTATE command with its Reference option.

See the SCREENCAST

Or you can use the ALING with NO for scaling option. See HERE

Use the align command as follows:

Command: ALIGN
Select objects: 1 found
Select objects:  select the object you want to reposition
Specify first source point:  #1 (osnap end)
Specify first destination point: #2 (use osnap end for corner or osnap nearest if corner of object is not on the line)
Specify second source point: #3
Specify second destination point: #4
Specify third source point or <continue>: [Enter]
Scale objects based on alignment points? [Yes/No] <N>:[Enter]
