How can I have dimensions and text match the angle of my viewport automatically? Note that I never rotate the UCS in model space (as I bring linework in from external consultants and ArcGIS), but to get the desired angle in the viewport, I use ALGINSPACE or VSPACE > Align > Rotate view and rotate my VP that way since the majority of my drawings are plans/maps.
The issue is that when I create aligned dimensions, sometimes they appear upside down or at awkward angles. This is usually find in model space, as it finds the best veritcal and view direction placement, but once I return to paper space (which is rotated differently than model space), the dimensions and text are only relative to model space.
Do I have to create an annotative text dimesion style? Do I have to change my UCS in model space? I like to keep things unchanged so I'm not too familiar on this.
