Removing web & mobile from Quick Access Toolbar

It appears that the new open to and save to web & mobile icons can not be removed from the Quick Access Toolbar.  Since we don't have access to these features I see no reason to have the icons on the toolbar.  I am able to remove all the other icons but not those two.  I tried creating a new toolbar and deleting the original but all that did was eliminate all but those two icons.  Can someone check this on their machine to see if I'm doing something wrong?

I'm running AutoCAD 2019 Version P.46.0.0 on Windows 10 Pro, Version 10.0.16299

Hi @BudW,

Why do you say you don't have access to these features? Are they not functioning for you?

As @cadffm indicted from my post on another thread, the removal of the two icons is  a known issue.  I anticipate a fix for this to be released in the very near future.

HI @BudW,

Do you have access to the new update (2019.0.1)? Once it is installed it allows you to remove the two icons from the QAT

Once I was able to get the update installed (that's a different problem) opened up 2019 and those icons are gone.

It didn't work for me.....

So, I did this on my registry and it worked

For Autocad 2019

1. Press Windows Logo+R

2. Type (regedit) and press Enter

3. Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R23.0\ACAD-2000:409\WebMobile

4. Change the value of (DisableWebMobile) from 0 to1

5. Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R23.0\ACAD-2001:409\WebMobile

6. Change the value of (DisableWebMobile) from 0 to1

7. Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R23.0\ACAD-2004:409\WebMobile

8. Change the value of (DisableWebMobile) from 0 to1

9.Exit Registry Editor

For Autocad Architecure 2019:

1. Press Windows Logo+R

2. Type (regedit) and press Enter

3. Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\AutoCAD Architecture 2019 - English\WebMobile [ Note: if you can't find "WebMobile", you can create new key]

4 Change the value of (DisableWebMobile) from 0 to1 [Note: if you can't find "DisableWebMobile", you can create new DWORD 32]

5. Exit registry editor

For Autocad Civil3D 2019:

1. Press Windows Logo+R

2. Type (regedit) and press Enter

3. Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\Autodesk Civil 3D 2019 - English\WebMobile [ Note: if you can't find "WebMobile", You can create new key]

4 Change the value of (DisableWebMobile) from 0 to1 [Note: if you can't find "DisableWebMobile", you can create new DWORD 32]

5. Exit registry editor

Hi,

no need for registry hacks, just install the latest update for AutoCAD 2019 and that is solved.

I have the latest software but the bugs are still there so I have no choice. I need to edit the registry.

Can you please start command _ABOUT and show a screenshot from that dialog?
