Random startup crash on systems with NVidia Quadro graphics cards.

Hello Autodesk Product Customers,

The NVidia nView Desktop Manager which is installed with NVidia Quadro graphics cards can cause random application startup crashes with Autodesk products. The nView utility can be used to optimize the graphic card settings for different applications.

This is a known issue and can be resolved by means of either of the following solutions:

1) Uninstall the Nvida nView entry in Add/Remove Programs. This solution should be considered a temporary solution as it removes the features made available by the utility.

2) Install the latest NVidia Quadro driver (R384 U5, [385.90]) from NVidia.

For additional details see this AKN Article and this one.
