I am glad you are updating your post. Can you tell me which graphics card you have in your Mac? I have seen in my own experience that the warning doesn't necessarily mean things won't work. Have you also installed all the available drivers from Apple for the configuration?
It has been a while since i have done this type of install but if I recall correctly I had to go find additional drivers to get everything happy.

I just got Win10 installed and both AutoCAD 2016 and 2017 (with all hotfixes and service packs installed). I do not seem to have the graphics card issue you are seeing. Make sure that from the Start Button>Apple> you check for updates as mine had three available which included a Graphics card driver.
So far performance seems fine and I have no issues in AutoCAD. I will update the post as I continue to work on this configuration.
