Publish Options removed from 2017?

Hello, I recently had to reinstall AutoCAD 2017 and I was unable to export my settings prior and was therefore set back to factory settings in AutoCAD. The Publish command no longer allows me to access "Publish Options..." and I cannot figure out how to publish several layouts in to a single PDF. It no longer prompts me to give a file name foe the PDF when I hit Publish.

  • Several layouts publish to individual PDFs instead of a single PDF
  • It no longer prompts me to name the file after I hit the Publish button.

I tried changing the variables for PUBLISHALLSHEETS and PUBLISHCOLLATE without any luck.

Thanks, Nick

"PUBLISH OPTIONS" only appear when you select one of the predefined PDF or DWF output options in AutoCAD 2017 and lower, there is no difference there, nothing changed.

The button grays out if you opt for using the pagesetups in each of the tabs ready for publish, regardless if those pagesetups are set to output to the core pdf or dwf options or not.

Could this be you actual problem? Not sure? Post a screenshot of your PUBLISH command pop-up, let's have a look for ourselves.

I had to change Publish to:PDF instead of "Plotter named in Page setup".

All set.
