Publish multiple layouts to single PDF

Hello all.

I have 37 dwg-files with each multiple layouts in a sheet set. I want to publish them from the sheet set manager with each dwg-file to be a separate PDF, with a page per layout.

The only way I can accomplish that is to open each drawing, select all layouts en publish them to PDF. Is there a way to do that without opening every file?

Sure -- just highlight the individual sheets in SheetSet Manager, and publish from there.  You will have to know which sheets belong to which DWG file though.

Also... PUBLISH command's pop-up has an OPTIONS button: tap it and uncheck MULTI-SHEET FILE option.
While you are in there explore the other options presented.

That does not seem to work for me. I still get a PDF per layout. I've tried publishcollate and multiple-and single sheet-files.

I misunderstood: there is no per-DWG layouts publishing option unless you open each and every DWG file, or you use SSM (SheetSet Manager) and pre-set it to isolate each DWG file as its own DSD file, or open each DWG file, use PUBLISH and save the set for reuse later without having to open a DWG file.

FYI PUBLISH command, when set to ignore modelspace (but not layouts), does not require you to select all the layouts first, it will autopopulate the list from all DWG files you have open in that session (so only open the DWG file you want to publish from).
