Problems adding files to etransmit

I cant seem to add files to e-transmit

I go and choose my files but it just sits there and never adds them.

locks up AutoCAD and I eventually have to go to task manager and close it (after several hours)

How is the file stored? locally? network? cloud?

@laura.d.morgan4.ctr has this ever worked, or is it a new problem that just appeared, or an issue with only these files? or is this the first time you've used the tool in the current AutoCAD you are using?

Are all these files on your PC? on a traditional network? or across cloud based websites like Onedrive? Or some combination or something else?

Did you restart your PC yet?

Thanks guys for your thoughts into this.  I was searching the archives and someone had suggested purging and auditing all the files and references.  I did and it worked!
