I believe your issue is that you are receiving an error when starting AutoCAD.
Solutions to common startup errors for AutoCAD®-based products are listed below. Try applying these first and then review additional instructions if the problem persists.
- Error on startup or AutoCAD is not installed properly. Please reinstall immediately.
- Error: "Unable to load profile file"
- Program crashes when the File menu is accessed
