Problem with standard text in drawing - different computers

Hi, I have this drawing attached. As you can see in the picture the number is 14. Also there is a line type in the drawing a line with arrows that is actually the letter V. So far so good. The problem is that when I open this drawing in a certain computer the number 14 is 41 and the direction of the arrows is to the opposite way. The text is style is like in the picture attached.

I will appreciate your help understanding what is wrong with this certain computer.

OK sorry for that. The answer was under my nose in this post:

It was related to video card like @ user181 wrote;

Maybe video card related. At the command line type GFXDX12 and change it to 0, then restart Autocad.
