Hi
I just started a drawing on AutoCAD, after saving and continuing it I realized that the quality of the drawing is bad, the same thing about the plot command, it gives poor quality pdfs. none of the command helped me (Regen, Purge, Audit)
Is there a hardware related problem?
Is there a better way to recover this drawing or I need to redraw it again?
Note: Any other drawing is a good quality drawing.
Thanks in advance.

depending on your attached images i didn't notice that poor quality ( tell us where to look specifically ) . would you please upload here your CAD drawing for testing ?

It seems by your image that LWDISPLAY is on in this drawing, turn it off and check visibility in AUTOCAD (Drawing Model), now for plot & PDF, you must take care and manage the CTB file which will help you fully to correct drawing's pen settings before plotting a pdf.
For help regarding CTB file you may go through the link below:
https://www.landfx.com/docs/cad-basics/plotting/item/1200-create-ctb.html
and Read "Create a CTB File for Plotting" column.
Please reply if you have any confusion.
If my answer solved your problem , Please Kudo and "Accept as solution".

Please find your drawing, and now plot a pdf. Hope you will get expected result now.
Issues Resolved :
1. LWDISPLAY turned Off as instructed earlier.
2. Filter entire drawing and turned lightweight from "Varries" to by Layer.
3. 2D wire frame mode
4. Drawn a fresh viewport.
Please check attached drawing and confirm.
