plotting - Invalid Media Configuration

Hi, I have a printer HP7612 and I have been able to print from autocad until now. 

I now get a message that the layout I am selecting has an invalid media configuration. See attached file. 

Any suggestions? Tried what they have said (change orientation) and it doesnt work...

Friend, on a side note, learn to use the free Windows Snipping tool to capture screenshots and save them as PNG file to share. Very few people will open a DOC file, too long, too pointless, and it's easier to skip you over as the 19 folks so far that looked at your post have done

Hi Thanks for the hint on the snipping tool. 

I downloaded the service pack for Autocad 2016 but when I tried to install it I got the message that my Autocad 2016 is up-to-date and this service pack is not necessary. 

Any other suggestions?

Yikes: you might end up stuck with those workarounds that link discussed at the bottom.

Try specifying a normal / different paper size to solve the problem.
