pline glitch

what causes the plines to show like this large arrow head? a regen fixes the issue, but it slows down drafting having to do the extra command.

If it is fixed with a regen then it is most likely a display issue. Is the latest driver installed for your graphics card?

In similar cases, it is recommended to disable hardware acceleration, install all AutoCAD updates and hotfix.
