Have been trying to fix this for hours but still some lines are plotted too light.. Need help

have tried 'ma' command and put all lines into one layer, doesn't work.

it happens when dwg->pdf btw

That's your PDF viewer's display settings: zoom in a lot closer in the PDF viewer and you'll see they are all identical in reality.

Fix your default PDF viewer settings, if it's Adobe Acrobat/Reader, you want to go into Preferences in that application and uncheck SMOOTH LINE ART, ENHANCED THIN LINES, USE SMOOTH ZOOMING, and increase your RESOLUTION to a CUSTOM RESOLUTION setting of 400 picel/inch minimum.
