PDFIMPORT - Colours change once PDF is imported

I have a client PDF which I need to use a base for a drawing. When importing the PDF the colours of the shading are modified. I've tried toggling on/ off the various setting but cannot get the PDF to display in CAD as it does in PDF.

I've done this previsouly with a different base and it worked fine, and I have no reason to believe that the PDFs are generated differently as they come from the same source.

I'm unable to upload the actual files due to client/ employer security but wondering if anyone may be able to shed some light given my description above (long shot, I know), and the image I'm sharing. You can see the difference between the preview and the actual impported PDF.

Thank you

PDFIMPORT options are limited. Can you not change them after the fact? A different software, perhaps Adobe Illustrator or others, might be more of what you need instead of trying to do it just in AutoCAD.

You'll need to resolve that if this remains mission critical to your project.
