PDF underlay won't print in viewport

I used to be able to print pdf underlays, with a pdfframe setting of 0 (frames off).  Recently, I can print them in model space but cannot print them in paper space.  I can also print in paper space with a pdfframe setting of 1 (frames on).  It's on a printable layer in both model and vp settings.  This is happening globally in all of my new and old projects.  Can anyone help?

post a sample file with a sample PDF in it here so we can see what's going on. Ensure the problem exists in this sample file.

Turns out the page setup had a DWG to PDF.pc3 file setup.  When changed back to our normal plotter, the pdf underlay shows up fine.  Must have been some setting within that .pc3 file.  I'm not going to worry about it since it also plots just fine as a pdf in publish.

Hello all,

I am having a similar issue. Some of the PDFs show and others don't. What is really strange is one of the PDFs is being split in 2 different viewports and 1 shows and the other doesn't. I did make sure the the viewport properties matched. I even copied the working viewport, still no success.

My issue has been resolved. I searched through other posts and came across 1 that has a "work around".

It suggested putting a point on the underlay within the printable area of the viewport and this seemed to work. I still think there is an underlying issue that should be resolved.

Unreal...

This is the only solution that worked for me... hours wasted on deadline day.

Thank you for posting!
