PDF Publishing problem

HI everyone.

I'm having a problem when publishing my Layouts to PDF. Keeps publish extra elements that are on frozen layers ( as you can see in the pic) It doesn't matter if I'm using the sheet set manager or the publish command the extra elements are always there.

Does this happen to someone else?

Thanks

Hi,

Ok..Let's try to Disable Hardware Acceleration from 3DCONFIG command.then try to publish and see the result.if the problem still existing just attache a small CAD sample that we can test it.

Good Luck..

It solved it, but with Hardware Acceleration turned of AutoCAD performs much worst. Is there any solution around this?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi,

when you use _PLOT instead of _PUBLISH using "DWG to PDF.pc3" ... do you get the same issue?

As we can't see the AutoCAD version you are using: which version do you have installed and do you have installed all service packs for that version of AutoCAD?

try to turn it ON again and see if the problem disappear.if not you can turn it on and try to untick one of those boxs below (in hardware dialog).

I did get the same issue with plot or publish. I'm using AUTOCAD 2017.

Hi,

Strange, that's the first time I see that options set for the graphic card influence the output when plotting to PDF.

Are you sure that you have installed all service packs/update for your AutoCAD?

Hi Alfred.

I just installed the service pack for autocad17 and now it is plotting perfectly even with the Hardware acceleration on.

Thanks to you both for your help.
