PDF Plot "A serious error occurred while processing your request" but then shows no error in details

Other files plot with no issues and this file previously plotted fine as well. Not sure what has changed. I have purged, audited, tried changing page setup and nothing is working! This is one I can't seem to figure out. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Can you PLOT each and every layout/sheet in this file using the same exact parameters (predefined pagesetup, PDF driver, PDF final location etc.)?

If that works, can you PUBLISH to a different destination?

Hi Pendean. It's a 20-page drawing set so I did not try every single page, but I did try a few and they plotted fine. I also just tried to publish to another location and got the same error message.
