PDF export wrong first cell text scale

Just set up all the settings required from me and noticed, that, when plotting to pdf, text in the first not empty cell of the oldest existing table gets "horizontal scale" value of 102%, resulting in it being "Italic" more than needed. All the other cells and tables are printed fine, setting "Convert all text to geometry" option graphically solves the problem, but text properties in pdf are still wrong with it enabled. Note, that in attached screenshot there are 2 simillar tables, and about 10 were deleted before. ZIP includes dwg, plotter, resulting pdf and screenshot of pdf properties.

Most people i know experience same issue, but can't find it's reasons.

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Thank you for sharing your files, I can see the difference you mentioned in the first cell. I went through the drawing and text settings, but was not able to find any that would cause the font to display with more of a slant.  I also ran a test print to the AutoCAD PDF (General Documentation) driver, the first cell looks the same as the other cells.

What printer driver are you plotting your PDFs to? Can you try plotting to the AutoCAD PDF (General Documentation) driver to see if you get the same result?

Let me know if this resolves the issue. If the extra slant still occurs in the AutoCAD driver, the user settings may be damaged and resetting AutoCAD to defaults may help, see How to reset AutoCAD to defaults.

Please let me know if that helped.

Thanks for you attention.

Today i made a total reset of autocad and created table from scratch. I figured out that issue occurs with any plotter and any font available at the moment i set up "Italic" in text style.

First cell that have italic option gets it's text scaled to 102%.

Now i can't be sure, that problem is on AutoCAD's side, but it's certainly not a single case. Also didn't you try plotting with EGC.pc3 attached in my .zip archive?

Another test just to be confident.

Fully removed AutoCAD 2021 from system including AppData (both Local and Roaming) folder.

Downloaded regular AutoCAD from official site, latest version.

Created drawing from different built-in templates, changed default text to italic, placed 1 table, exported to pdf.

Did same without reinstallation on other laptop with different origin.
