Our office uses the sheet set manager's 'publish using page setup override' function rather than regular publish because it gives us more flexibility and works more consistently with what we want to do. However, it appears that CAD's ability to export bookmarked PDFs only works with the PUBLISH command. Is there a setting somewhere I am missing?

HI @Anonymous,
I almost always use the Publish with the "Plotter named in page setup" option. I get bookmarks when I do this. Just make sure that the PDF options for that page setup include the "Createbookmarks" option.

Hi John, I appreciate your reply, but I don't think it addresses the issue I'm trying to solve.
As I mentioned in my original post, I am NOT using the publish command to plot. I am using the "plot using page setup override" in the sheet set manager.
This being the case, how do I access the PDF options window?
Hi @Anonymous
Yes, the steps are basically the same. You need to open the pages setup and use the PDF Options.

Thanks, John! We're starting to get to the bottom of this... I don't have the PDF options button. Is it because we're not using the OTB plotter?
Hi @Anonymous,
Yes, all these types of functions are provided in the driver and not in AutoCAD. Try using the AutoCAD PDF driver to see these features.
