One Type Font not loading

I have a onetype font (Chap Medium and Chap Light), that has been installed into my computer. It is appearing in all other programs such as Microsoft word but isn't loading in AutoCAD.

I have already following the guidance on these tabs, and still can't find a solution:

Can someone please help!

Hi Valentin,

Thanks for those links. There doesn't appear to be a solution there.

You must determine if this OpenType font (Chap Medium and Chap Light) contains PostScript or TrueType outlines, for only TrueType outlines (not PostScript outlines) can be used in AutoCAD - as mentioned in those links.

@azmina_gulamhusein AutoCAD cannot use a certain type of TTF fonts, sorry, like the links provided explain, there is literally nothing you can do about it as an end user.
