OLE Object in a viewport not publishing when paper space is zoomed in

So I've recently started work at a new company and they've transferred me over to work on CAD files.

One very basic issue I keep comping across is that whenever I publish my paper space (about 7-10 pages) occasionally the company logo (which is an OLE object in model space seen on the title block/paper space through a viewport) disappears on a few pages.

I tried to figure out why this was occurring so I could correct it. What I've found is that for some reason if I forget to center the paper space (double middle mouse click) on each of the pages, therefore leaving the paper space zoomed in on whatever viewport I was last working on, the viewport with the OLE object doesn't plot the image.

The simple work around is obviously for me to go through each of the 10 pages and recenter each one every time, but is there a more permanent solution? Is the issue occurring because it is an OLE object or is the issue occurring because of the viewport or is the issue occurring because of the two in conjunction?

This is both me looking to fix a problem and learn AutoCAD better so please let me know your thoughts. I appreciate your time and input.  Thanks!

I didn't know that was the case when you publish/plot. Maybe it's not a regen issue then? Attached is two photos of a snip of the Publish Preview. 1 full sheet 1 zoomed in. Maybe the viewport isn't the problem but when I zoom in to a different side of the page it causes something in the file to shift and block the viewport?

Just went to check the options you mentioned and both of them are unchecked.

The other users just go through each 9 of their pages and use zoom extents for each of the 9 pages the publish. I've only heard of 4 other people having the issue though.

And trust me if I could Etrasmit it I would, but I need my boss's approval and he hasn't been out of meetings since before I started this thread. If I get that I'll be sending it asap.

I'll have to try the creating a page setup tomorrow, as my office is getting close to closing down and that will take more time from me because I'm not as familiar with page setup, but I did try recreating a viewport from scratch.

The same issue still occurred, the viewport wasn't even to the same scale, but the OLE image was sadly not there.

I've never seen your issue before today, sorry: it looks like you have a lot more going on than an OLE printing issue, all of your text is duplicating (or is all of it part of the same OLE)?

FWIW there is no reason your logo cannot be an AutoCAD Object, maybe it's time to let the boss in on the troubles the OLE is causing and the $$ he is losing with 5-10-30 users using workarounds. I'd want to know you all waste so much time on this one issue all the time for years now.

We all look forward to your files if you can share them.

I have had the same issue. All I have done is change the pdf preset to "High Quality Print".

A simple fix I have found works most of the time is deleting the viewport you have your OLE in and just creating a new one and zooming back to it. It sounds so simple but it has worked for me many times.
