OLE not showing in windows 11

Hi Everyone.

I'm having embedded image (LOGO) in autocad format error (paintbrush image).

It shows BLANK WHITE in windows 11. BUT it don't have problem in windows 10.

If we open the image and convert (in autocad) the paintbrush to picture, then the logo will show perfectly.

Still not a good solution if we have lot of file.

Hope i can still use windows 11.

Thank you in advance.

You are describing a missing OLE source/link, not much else; your fix stops making it missing.

And thank you for being Microsoft's/Autodesk's test bed for Win11, you are doing great work for the rest of us who plan on adopting it in the years 2023/2024 😉

The link is there. if i double click at the blank image, it will show the logo. Upper image is view from windows 10. Bottom image is view from windows 11. Yeah, i install 5 computers for a test. OLE object will be fine after convert to static (not embedded). BUT there is lot of file to convert.

Thank you for your concern.

Start a support ticket through your subscription portal as explained here, if it just a Win11 issue, they will confirm (and basically tell you to continue doing what you are doing as a workaround) https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/users-software/support-options#:~....
