Hello, So today I opened a new drawing aand my offset is set to "through" and I dont know how to just set it to distance. How can I change it back to just distance?

The first time after you open a dwg and you run the Offset command there will be no default distance.

But right after you manually type a number value or pick the distance in the drawing area, that value will be set as the default distance until you change it again the next time. Then the Offset command will show a distance value.

Hello @Michaellowe1

On a new drawing you need to set the offset distance at start, after using the OFFSET function. If you looking to set a offset distance at the start of the drawing then you can set it using the command "OFFSETDIST" and then use the OFFSET function.
