Not able to create .PDF from .dwg file using AutoCAD 2020 and Acrobat Pro dc

Hello,

Details are as follows:

Acrobat Pro DC version:  2019.0.10.20100 (windows)

AutoCAD : 2020 (64 bit)

OS : Windows 10 1803

Printing does work for me with Acrobat Pro DC and AutoCAD 2019 combination.

Problem is when I shifted to AutoCAD 2020.

I am getting following error while printing from AutoCAD and also while trying to convert .pdf from the “.pdf from File” option from “Create” Menu of Adobe Pro DC.

         An unexpected error occurred. PDFMaker was unable to produce the Adobe PDF.

 Is Adobe Pro dc is not supported using AutoCAD 2020?

Hi,

please use "DWG to PDF.pc3" or "AutoCAD PDF (General Documentation).pc3" ... does that work (just to know if plotting in general works, so we know if we have to look into AutoCAD plotting, or into Adobe).

Did you migrate from 2019 to 2020 using the Autodesk tool? Bad idea usually.
Did you install Acrobat Pro DC and it found 2020 on it's own? The only way to go.
