Sorry for the little details, im unfortunately unable to replicate the issue. When i opened a file in realistic mode, there popped up a mini box stating that the issue was regarding hardware. I am no means a professional when it comes to autocad, actually i know nothing. My client had us order him a computer and the graphics card apparently will not work. According to the AutoDesk site there are certified cards that can run Autocad 2018 without any problems. Granted im not sure if Autocad Civil 3d or any sort is considered Autocad in general. I was looking into replacing the computer with an i7 (currently a new i5) and want to run a Nvidia P4200 that is recommend.
