New Layout

Hi,

I am trying to create a new layout. I want my layout to exactly on the black space. I dont understand what is the dotted line. I want to align my rectangle to overlay on the black space and then offset it to be perfect on dotted line. I am really confused. When i go in pgsetup and set up my page as A4, the corresponding A4 rectangle is always away from the balack space and dotted area. How do i align it perfectly? Please see attached.

The printable area of a drawing sheet is defined by the selected output device and is represented by the dashed line in a layout. >> Click <<    Click on below image

In addition to what @imadHabash clearly pointed out, when you select any other paper size that doesn't show FULL BLEED then there is a preset margin around the given paper size in the PC3 which is the dotted line you see as shown in snapshots below:
