HI, I need the easy answer for this. I'm done researching on my own because the "bind" function apparently doesn't work in autocad 2023. Please help me, this is urgent. How do I convert an image from XREF to block?

Greetings @robert.andrewsULQAQ you cannot BIND images in AutoCAD. And there is no conversion too.
And images cannot be blocks in the purest sense of that object type.

All known limitations of AutoCAD. and why you never found an answer you liked when you did the research I suspect.

You need to detach the images that are now in as references, then copy/paste them from an image viewer application into your DWG file. Expect issued to appear too, including but not limited to scaling. PASTESPEC command should help too.
