As much as i understand your need , I'll give the idea .. you will need SOLIDEDIT command >>Face >> Taper . Then from mid point of arc to the corner with your needed angle ..... click on below image

You can make the taper in a cone, even a double cone to do all the top and bottom tapers at the same time:
and use INTERSECT with that and the un-tapered shape. I did that by EXTRUDE-ing a CIRCLE with a 60° taper angle, but there's also a CONE command if you can calculate a height to get the right angle with that. It could also be done with REVOLVE and a > shaped Polyline, which may be a better way to get the size of it correct in relation to the rest of the shape, so the chamfer/taper surfaces are in the right place. I MIRROR-ed that for the underside, and UNION-ed them into one Solid.
