Hi,

>> My product won't launch. It is stuck on initializing

what product .....  what version .... what windows ?

When AutoCAD failed to start, there are many things that can cause this. It can be viruses, Windows problem, hardware drivers, Windows settings and  AutoCAD problem itself. It’s not easy to find what went wrong.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I had to do a re-install.  I suspect a recent Windows update was to blame.

I just had the same issue and ran as an administrator and it opened just fine. Try this before doing a clean install and it could save you some time.

@180021860 AutoCADWEB is a browser based software: the correct forum for your support is over here

Tip: change browsers and see if that helps. If you are in a ChromeOS device, you might just be out of luck though.
