My plot preview isn't displaying

I installed 2017 last month.

When I go to the plot routine and try a preview, nothing happens in layout- paper space. (model space  it does preview)

When I go to page setup and do a preview it works.

What do I do to get the preview to work with the plot command in paper space?

Any chance you could give a screen shot of what it looks like when you go to "Plot Preview" from within paperspace?

Hi George.Shirton,

I assume from your description is happening with all of your drawings. Can you attach one of them with your page setup and a copy of the PC3 you are using? I would like to see if I can duplicate the issue.

Also, have you applied SP1 yet and please tell me which operating system you are using.

I finally got the preview in the plot command to work.
I had to recreate my pc3 file for a couple of page layouts again
I use the Canon Ipf765 plotter and created a new custom size saving as a ie- 24X36 pc3 file.
