My grading drawing will not save. Out of no-where I got a fatal error.

I was adding feature lines to my surface, and tried to move one up, then I got a fatal error. Now the drawing will open on recover, but will not save without crashing.

RECOVER command found problems in your file here, and it erased a bunch of corrupt entities.

I'm using AutoCAD 2019.1.2

But it still crashes after I recover, when I try to save. It also crashes after audit- which finds over 400 errors.

28 errors when I ran an audit on your drawing... try Audit and recover... see if that helps.

The drawing will audit and recover. But will not save. The alignments are also not showing up in the toolspace, but I can select them in the plan. Not sure if that gives any clues.
