Multileader with dimension auto added

Is there an option that when I use multileader, the dimension is automatically added instead of typing it down?

Or maybe the dimension to be look like multileader? (with an arrow, diagonal line, and horizontal line for the dimension)

MLEADERs do not perform "dimension" functions, how would the program know exactly what it is looking to dimension, can you show us a few examples in screenshots of your manual recreations of that?

Yes, you can do this 🙂 

Create a dimension first, select it, and hover over the text grip until a short menu pops up. Select "Move with Leader".
